EVA rail pads are intended for insulation and buffering of track vibrations. They are placed between the metal plate fixed onto the cross-tie, and the track. We produce the following types:

• 180 x 123 x 5 for S 49
• 160 x 123 x 5 for S 49
• 180 x 149 x 5 for UIC 60
• 250 x 96 x 5 for special executions

The rail pads are made from complicated materials, since they must guarantee long term use for their purpose. They meet all the requirements of the UIC standard – 864 – 5V codex.

EVA RAIL PADS AND INSULATORS OF THE PANDROL SYSTEM FOR CONCRETE SLEEPERS

Rail pads and insulators made according to the PANDROL`s documentation are an integral part of the fastening equipment for fixing the track onto the concrete sleepers of rail. The rail pads are placed between the concrete sleepers and the track, while the insulators are placed between the track and the clip. We produce the following types:

2061/34 for S 49
5543 C for UIC 60
